Ocha deploys a robot server

In December 2022, we deployed a Bear Robotics service robot to help deliver food to tables and support our team during busy service. The story was picked up by several outlets because it showed how a neighborhood restaurant could use new technology in a practical, guest-friendly way. The robot is still part of the Ocha experience and remains a favorite with families.

That recognition helps visitors and local diners find a family-owned restaurant focused on comforting bowls, proprietary recipes, and friendly service on Grindstone Parkway.
